Dining near the hotel is a feast for your senses! Don't miss the Bled cream cake from the nearby Park Cafe—it's like a sweet slice of heaven you don’t want to skip. The wellness area is another highlight, offering a chill vibe, perfect to unwind after a day of culinary adventures.
We found the lack of a rubbish bin in our room a bit of a head-scratcher. we had to use the laundry bag instead! The cleaning on our second day was a bit off—it felt rushed, and we spotted some stray hairs left behind. Lastly, despite reaching out about a forgotten item, we’re still waiting for a reply.

The lakeside suite we had was definitely worth it, offering incredible views from both the balcony and living area. The spa center was a great way to unwind, and I loved the sauna too! The only downside was the Wi-Fi could’ve been faster, but overall, it was a fantastic stay. don't miss the breakfast spread! 🌟

The location is stunning, right by the lake, making it easy to explore the area. The indoor pool and spa were highlights of my stay, providing a wonderful way to relax after a day of sightseeing. While my room was comfortable with lovely views, I found the air conditioning to be somewhat limited, and noise from the nearby music was a bit disruptive at night.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The location near the lake is unbeatable. Our room was spacious with a spectacular view, and the breakfast spread had a delicious variety that everyone in the family loved. The kids enjoyed the pools, and the staff was eager to make our stay pleasant.
In my wife’s opinion, the sauna experiences should be better organized, perhaps by extending the dinner buffet hours to avoid the rush.

Opted for a lake view room, and the view was breathtaking—definitely the highlight of the stay. The rooftop swimming pool offered a relaxing retreat, mostly empty during our visits. Breakfast was exceptional, with a myriad of options. However, the lack of extra pillows and the additional parking fees were a bit disappointing. Despite the minor flaws, an unforgettable experience overall.
