We found the lack of a rubbish bin in our room a bit of a head-scratcher. we had to use the laundry bag instead! The cleaning on our second day was a bit off—it felt rushed, and we spotted some stray hairs left behind. Lastly, despite reaching out about a forgotten item, we’re still waiting for a reply.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, an indoor pool, and a bar lounge. I'll never forget how the staff offered me a cold drink during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!

The lakeside suite we had was definitely worth it, offering incredible views from both the balcony and living area. The spa center was a great way to unwind, and I loved the sauna too!
